You can measure your heart rate using the hand pulse sensors or a wireless receiver (optional chest strap) to optimize your workouts and train within your ideal heart rate zone.
The bike is also equipped with an adjustable, oversized seat, padded with gel for added comfort, as well as an adjustable handlebar.
